Never ever to book their installation for aircon. They never tell that they only provided the pipe for only 8m. We have paid everything at the shop but on the installation day. They said the pipe isn’t long enough and charge another rm250. For only installation is total rm550. Which is crazy. This is some kind of fraud I feel. If I look for outsider for installation the price definitely will be cheaper. Banned this shop. Senheng prices are always higher than others brand. This aircon is a present from my uncle. If I know he is going to senheng I will definitely stopped him for that.

If you did have the unpleasant experience, just give them a call and they will help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped at Seng Heng Silibin today and had a horrible experience. I bough a tv bracket and when I got home I discovered one of the important screws were not there so I had to drive back to their outlet. I was attended to a very “friendly” person at the cashier who first said “if you’re not a member it’s difficult to track your purchase” mind you the purchase was made merely an hour ago. When I showed him the credit card payment receipt he looked at me in disbelief but I told this is what your cashier gave to me as receipt and nothing else. I told him who attended to me and in the most dismissive attitude he said and I quote “then you go look for him”. Seriously Seng Heng should be ashamed to be offering such horrible service and for having such rude and unhelpful staffs
