β β β β β Very bad experience in spending the S-coin in Sen Heng.. Very disappointed..
1. The staff attitude is bad.. Request us to complaint..
2. we bought 1 item in Dec and another item in Jan.. The staff told us only within one week can get the stocks.. but it have been delayed till few weeks.. almost 1-2 months.. This week just inform to collect.. when we do collection, the staff say you have spend the S coin this week.. So, we have to deduct your next week and next next week S-coin usage.. It is very bad.. this is Sen Heng own system or internal issue, why need customer to bear it? Then customer miss out two weeks to enjoy the S-coin usage..
3. One of the items yet to do collection and start to deduct the warranty period from the day we order.. if we not realize, then we wasted few weeks of warranty period..
4. One of the items that buy on Dec, they have auto cancel and want to re-issue invoice.. then they use the new higher price.. it is very lucky that i still remember the price in Dec. If not, i have to pay for more without notice..
