They are good at blaming the app, online system and internet service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I just come now 13.1.2021 at 5pm wanted to buy Washing Machine. The Girls Sale Assistant is so new. She didnt know how to Claims My Samsung Voucher worth Rm200. And all the other staff staying there also dont know how to do it. They already click the Redeem Now button, but then dont know what to do. Ask me to wait for their Seniors to come but dont know when. But Now, the Voucher cannot be used anymore. If you dont know, then just wait for your seniors. Dont simply Do Experiment like thay. Im very disappointed. This is not my second time visit here, i just bought air-conditioner last month, but last time the service was very good. Lesson for Senheng Muar, please make sure your Sales Assistant know how to do work. Very Bad Service today.
