★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and ordered the clay pot rice with mutton curry, for drinks we had jeera water.
Here everything is self service, order at counter, pay, and you get a device which tells you when your food is ready to collect.
Maybe I had too high hopes for the rice as the photos look nice, but the actual taste is so so, basically it's curry gravy whack into white rice and served in claypot.
Rice had several lumpy portions which is still watery, and the mutton I gotten was 70% huge bone parts.
Drinks were served in a disposable plastic cup like in a night market which dragged.doen the value further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experiencing satti sorru. Well it was a great one. Price is on the reasonable side. Mutton was soft and delicious, rice and gravy was full of aromatic spices. It is a self service where you have to order from the counter and receive from there later when it is ready. Only 4 stars as some of the staff could be more friendlier with their tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered delivery via Foodpanda. It arrived in decent time. I ordered chicken 65 and chicken satti sorru. Chicken 65 was one of the best I had recently. Succulent and right balance of spice. But chicken satti sorru was disappointing. Tho it was delivered hot the spice mix was not great as I could taste the raw texture of the curry powder used. Hence it left a bad taste on palate. Also the meat portion was below average. There is definitely scope of improvement. But chicken 65 was good!!

Lots of crowd with people lining up post 1230. Best to go early.
Be awesome if there was roti kosong to go with the curry.
Had mutton and chicken and also fried chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I one of seni satti sorru lover from kl to other branches i went dy..but tiz branch is worst.. customer service zero.. cashier name is masud..all selve service..only cooking they are made...food is low taste and different from HQ brickfield..but still ok..nice to eat..just one advise,pls improve ur customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, n worst food ever. Rice overcooked, waited for 1 hour plus. Yet food came out awful. Never ever go this restaurant. Been asking how many minutes we hv waited yet no one came to answer. Worst experience. Waste of money. No propriate system. JUST CLOSE DOWN You as fufure customer , just see the pictures of the food. 5 bones of mutton for RM 30. And the rice is over over cooked. Worst ever customer service. Think twicw before go this restaurant. Useless fella, con people money.
