★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought tv from senq mines just 1 month have motherboard spoilt sony 65 inci .Maybe senq getting second grade product and poor quality material to sell more cheaper with discount its already 1 week no proper from respond from senq and given a second hand tv temporary and customer need to wait for 3 week for repair .Its a new unit which bought for Rm 6888. Poor management and service from senq.Senq only in motif to sell the electrical product if any issue u will be drag as dog to get repair or replacement.I need explanation from top management senq as a customer .As a customer i am not satisfied with the way ur team respond and no ethics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an oven today and they refused to check and try before i leaved the shop. when i get home the oven has 2 dented on top of it. they want me to make another trip to MINES to change it. my question is why dont they have OR follow the SOP to check before the customer takes it home? that is customer satisfaction and it is very important. it is our rights to see if the goods we pay for is functioning. now that i need to arrange another trip and wasting my time....this is so unprofessional of you.
