The Sentrac Banquet Hall was the perfect choice for wedding it was one of the best venues I've seen it's truly amazing. The food was awesome and it was on time and all my family members were completely satisfied.
A special shout out to the Rajes ka! Thank you for supporting & guiding from start to finish you accommodated all our requests and truly helped to make my nephew wedding the wonderful one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, carpetted and beautiful chandeliers giving an elegant interior look. Unfortunately we are very much disappointed with the quality of service given for the price. The hall is pricey, hence we would definitely expect a good quality of work for the decor especially. Initially we were given different choices of deco, we made our choice n informed the manager however a few months later they claim that the requested deco is changed to premium deco thus we need to pay extra, so we opted for another deco from the basic package. Eventhough the decor is from the basic package we expected a good quality from the team but sad to say it wasnt up to the expectation n the money we paid. The carpet for the pelamin was not properly fixed causing some of our guests got tripped and bride groom makan table was not well decorated,it was too simple as though decorated for school function. The fountain outside was not working on our event day, we spoke to the manager the next day n all he replied was 'ohh i was not around, probably the staff forgot to on...the switch is outside only'..so do you expect the bride to on it??? You need to pay extra for projector, pa system n so on as these items are not included in the hall price given to you. We have no complaints about the interior design as it is a beautiful hall but we would definitely expect the best from the hall team as we have spent so much for the hall hoping for the best on our big day. We are quite disappointed with the quality of deco and few other things. I hope the management team will have a look on this and kindly improve on above aspects to provide the best for the next client. Thank you and all the best.
