If u own a place, feel bad for you.
Management implements rules which aren't stated in rule book
Carried out by guards who snap close up (2metre) shots of u which is spread into various watsapp groups
Don think of havin guests of 4ppl over even relatives, cos open common area isn't allowed unless registered in management office n deposit paid(RM50) during office hrs of course.
Alcohol is a big no no in pool side n rooftop
According to rule book, no eating / drinking / smoking in common facilities at poolside or rooftop
Be vary of Management, they use the guards as pawns and never accept feedback on issues
AGM rigged by main stakeholders makin ez common decisions
Amneties which are old n rotten not repaired, as simple as, the blades of a small rotating fan broken for a year now.
