★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only 2 lane for smartag, 3 lane for touch n go and 1 dedicated lane for touch n go and topup, smartag lane always got problem, long queue and terrible jammed during peak hours, not systematic at all, no action taken by duke to solve this problem and the charges still increasing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are from duke to gombak, please watch out if you are in left lane because sometimes there is one mental guy walking casually by the road side and sometimes grab something in the middle of the road suddenly. and there are also sometimes JPJ and police doing roadblock to catch mat rempit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse toilet facilities, dirty and wet floor. Seems like no cleaner to clean . Duke charging toll so expensive but cant even keep this small toilet clean. In the case of emergency you mostly can’t use toilet since cleaner guy will always close the door of cubicle for unknown reason at night. Mens toilet urinal smelly and no water to flush too. WORSE FACILITIES !
