★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location, excellent security and good maintenance. Except insufficient parking especially for motorcycles. Very limited bay, should provide more parking spaces and designate for each registered biker. So annoying need to find a small space each and everytime and squeeze in between bikes. The management should do something as the maintenance fee had recently increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking wise -yikes. They have a self laundry available so stars for that. Staff's services varies depending on the person. Muchos kudos to the cleanup staff. Friendly and does the job efficiently. Star for that too. 2 pools so theres that :). Lack of signage for vehicles to move around the apartment grounds causing confusion for those who delivers, visitors and new residents.
