Had some issue with my old ceramic stove, contacted technical team and was able to received prompt replies. Visited the HQ in Puchong and was able to get a great trade in value and the new stove on site. An overall swift and efficient services. Highly recommended to anyone looking for new stoves.

Great to have my visit to Senz HQ showroom in puchong. i was looking for oven and Iris is very helpful in explaining the products. Products displayed in showroom are electrical connected, so I can have a real experience testing the products, which is very good. Cozy, comfortable and spacious showroom.

Went to Senz HQ showroom in Puchong, served by 2 friendly sales rep (Iris & Fatihah). Initially thought of surveying products but at last, I purchase 2 ovens straight (the new released digital oven & steam oven. Great price and get ceramic hot plate at only Rm99 (pwp).
