★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just booked my appointment for this friday- for keratin treatment but maintaining my natural curl with Kevin. but after looking at the recent nasty comments, i am thinking twice if its worthwhile. anyways, after the service, I would like to recomment. The service was good with lots of free sample. But the keratin treatment itself made very little difference for a week or so. I made so much for so little difference. I guess the change is not drastic for someone with coarse frizzy hair like mine. And yes, I have been conditioning and taking care after the treatment as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021: went for a quick haircut (with gorilla hair)..and came out looking like a woman. The barber was Steve Loh. He did everything with poise (his hair is an art, mind you)..so polite and funny too. He's responsible for the new hair part btw. Gave an advice on maintenance even as i was at the cashier. Nope, still no sign of racism as some people mentioned. Great service, quality beyond expectation, worth the price. Good job. (Especially you, Steve!)
2020 :The wait was long, but it was understandable as there were lots of other customers. But diff staffs came to apologize with smiles on their faces (3 to 4 times) while i was waiting.
They were very polite, and i didnt see any racism as mentioned above. I am a malay, and there was an indian lady next to me and other chinese seated in other chairs..and didnt see anything but professionalism.
The barber suggested new hairstyle and explained everything he was doing, he made jokes and chatted appropriately. Very happy with the end result as well.
I am not a regular (the last time i went there was for hair rebonding in 2015), but i will definitely use their service next time. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels great after visiting the salon and the staff was so friendly and has his own unique ideas on designing my hairstyle. I read the previous reviews and the ratings that are positives and negatives, but I decided to give it a try. Unexpectedly, I’m so impressed with the service and it was excellent which was the hairstylist explained everything in detail and did extra miles like giving suggestions, sharing his experiences, extra services etc. So, I did really enjoy the time and everything was good. ???? Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here few times. But today will be the last. Came wait for my kids. Ask me to wait and we wait for our turn. Then somebody came walk in without appt, they straight away entertain the person cut q. I came here n i paid, bukan minta sedekah. Treat your customer fairly and accordingly.
