★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my engagement ceremony here with 120 pax. Alhamdulillah everything went well. Tetamu semua puji rumah. Gabungan rumah traditional + moden. Ada 7 bilik dan kemudahan fasiliti juga mantap. Environment Ya Tuhan tenang. Dome style and buffet style just nice boleh set up di porch area (Mine, 8 pax/table). Memiliki banyak tangga di sekitar dalam & luar rumah. Oleh itu, perjalanan dalam & luar rumah bagi orang orang tua agak terhad. (Else si muda boleh juga bantu orang orang tua ini). Kalau majlis siang agak panas (sewa ler air cooler gitu). Secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati!
Did my engagement ceremony here with 120 pax. Alhamdulillah everything went well. Guests all praise the house. A combination of traditional + modern house. There are 7 rooms and the facilities are well established. Environment Oh my God calm down. Dome style and buffet style just nice can be set up in the porch area (Mine, 8 pax/table). Has many stairs around inside & outside the house. Therefore, travel in & out of the home for the elderly is quite limited. (Else the young can also help these old people). If the daytime event is a bit hot (rent a water cooler like that). Overall, I am satisfied!

1. Design rumah cantik, gabungan rumah kayu lama dan moden. Katanya rumah kayu dibeli di N.Sembilan, dan dibaik pulih sedikit serta digabung dgn rumah moden.
2. Ruang parking dlm rumah luas, agak2 boleh muat 7-8 biji kereta. Malahan boleh buat majlis di situ tanpa perlu pasang khemah.
3. Ada pool dan 7 buah bilik dgn bilik air setiap bilik.
4. Tempat yg sesuai utk buat majlis grand tetapi dgn bajet yg kecil. Agak berpatutan sewanya dgn fasiliti yg disediakan.
Con
1. Lokasi rumah agak terpencil tapi masih mudah diakses.
2. Sekitar rumah sebelah masih dlm pembinaan dan bertanah kosong. Agak sunyi walaupun waktu siang.
3. Akses ke bilik kena menaiki tangga, utk org tua hanya ada 1 bilik searas dgn dapur. Yg lain kena naik ditingkat 2/3.
4. Ada sesetengah tangga, agak curam dan tiada pemegang tangga. Agak berbahaya utk budak dan orang tua tiada tempat berpaut.
Pro
1. Beautiful house design, a combination of old and modern wooden houses. He said the wooden house was bought in N.Sembilan, and was slightly repaired and combined with a modern house.
2. The parking space in the house is spacious, it can accommodate 7-8 cars. You can even hold a ceremony there without having to set up a tent.
3. There is a pool and 7 rooms with bathroom in each room.
4. A suitable place for a grand ceremony but with a small budget. The rent is quite affordable with the facilities provided.
Con
1. The location of the house is a bit remote but still easily accessible.
2. Around the house next door is still under construction and vacant land. Quite quiet even during the day.
3. Access to the room must go up the stairs, for the elderly there is only 1 room parallel to the kitchen. The others have to go up to 2/3 level.
4. There are some stairs, quite steep and no ladder handles. Quite dangerous for children and parents have no place to cling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serambi Villa is good and suitable place to hold an event. Be it a family events, group reunions, engagements, weddings etc. It has a large basement level which can accommodate about 10 tables. The ground floor level also can accommodate about 15 tables and also have a swimming pool. It combines a traditional Malay house with a contemporary modern house. It has 7 fully aircon bedrooms with 7 attached bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. It has a full kitchen with large dining area. It is located at a peaceful area in Sg Merab and will definitely have a memorable event at Serambi Villa!!!
