Changes from 5* to 1* because staff usually do not scan upon received, could be hours later before shop closed at 8pm or worst, sometime few days later if drop on Friday, did not scan, Saturday is public holiday, Sunday is shop holiday and only scan late Monday if they're opening.
Better stop being a Ninja point if not scan after received, some customer will doubt seller if not scan and ninjavan will not come to pick up too. Be responsible. Anyway, I had stop using ninja van services (seller from Shopee)
