Food here is super tasty, big portion and affordable!
3 person dine-in here, ordered:-
- tree cabbage with egg (big portion),
- salted egg sotong (big portion),
- kam heong chicken (regular portion) and
- nam yu fried pork slice (snack plate)
- 3 big and 2 small portion rice
Total only cost us RM83, and it’s super big portion and yummy!!! ??
Definitely gonna revisit to try out their asam seafood plater! ?
*please don’t mind my pictures, i’m too hungry and it’s too tasty? i only remember to take picture after eating halfway ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After dining at Yew Li restaurant nearby , came here for another round of lunch , we were seated at the garden , quite run down already the ambience , we had pork intestine which was loaded with pork lard and dried shrimps , asam fish talapia the sauce was tangy but the fish was not fresh ya , flesh was super soft even its deep fried .. we had 2 calamansi juice , total bill 73+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food! This is such a hidden gem frequent by locals only. It's non-halal and serves alcohol. Parking is by the roadside and opens to have indoor or outdoor dining. The food prices are affordable for the quantity and quality served. The seafood is very fresh. I would recommend the dry wild boar curry, salted egg squid and belacan paku pakis. They also have space for a kopitiam style breakfast.

It was a public holiday and it was one of few restaurant provide dine-in.
We enjoyed all our meals. The meal size unbelievably generous. The meat and vegetables are very fresh.
Unfortunately, the herbal drinks were sweet.
The service was excellent.
We for sure will support this local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good for dine-in, especially the outdoor seating, with nature and serene setting. The food is good and price is reasonable. We tried the curry Mee, nasi lemak and wonton noodle, the baked toast is nice with real cool butter and kaya. Friendly lady boss and happy to see their effort in the food and environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are first time, the setup is a little confusing. Sorry for my poor reading, i was having the impression that Serendah Garden Restaurant (SGR) offers restaurant & hawker foods. I found out that they only serve restaurant chinese food and western food.
The hawker foods are serve by next door cafe which only operare for breakfast mainly.
Back to SGR, first look at the menu, the food variety is not many and the price is a little at the high side...abt 10 to 20% higher.
I was a little disappointed when my orders of curry baby wild boar and duck breast with mango were sold out.
Hence, we ordered a hot plate seafood platter, sesame salad fern leaf, fish & chip and mongolian chicken chop with salted egg sauce.
Overall the food taste excellent except for the seafood platter was lacking of saltiness, however with a little soya sauce added done the job ?.
After enjoyed the food, we concluded the food worth the price because the chefs actually cook with PASSION, recommended to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surrounded by greens and I love the canopy. Amidst this pandemic, it is good to see such well ventilated place with great social distancing. The food were great and reasonably priced. 4 dishes including steamed river cat fish of about 1.1kg were about Rm150. The hainanese coffee and 3 layers milk tea were fragrant & definitely not to be missed. Staffs were attentive and friendly.
