★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The was veryy dirtyyyyy. The floor full of dust. They should check and clean before customer check in. Also, the place was too dark it seems like an abandoned place. I have to turn on flashlight to get to the room. Really not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort is a cluster of apartment blocks - located about 100m from Bagan Lalang beach. During weekend it was quite crowded especially the pool, with kids and their parents. But, during weekday it was almost deserted and silent.
I stayed in a studio apartment. The air-con wasn't cold. Room amenities need maintenance and probably change-out/upgrade. There are many food stalls & restaurants along the beach; day & night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant 1 night stay with family at this resort. A quick getaway for the family while committing to my weekend class. Room is clean, bed is comfy, air conditioning is chilling. However, no wifi offered at the place and noticed that my 4g internet at the area is also not so favourable.
However, was saved by the superb service by the manager allowing me to use their office internet, letting me join my zoom class on Saturday while overseeing my kids playing at the swimming pool.
A big thank to your kindness and hospitality. Definitely will return in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One night stay in this hotel was enough and we were lucky not to stay any longer in here. The room is so dirty, the floor has not been dust and mop. That's why lizard feces are everywhere on the floor. There are so many ants in the room. I am so disappointed with this hotel. We are not paying any less for what we could have. Yet, they didn't clean the room before the guest came in. The bathroom also dirty, not cleaned well especially the floor, the sink and the floor trap near the shower never been cleaned properly. The floor trap is full with previous guest's hair and causes foul smell. We even found some surgical masks been thrown away in the cupboard. It means that they never cleaned the room. We did complaint to one of the staff in the reception. However, she was trying to defend herself as a part-timer and she was not responsible for all the problems. Not professional at all. She even dared to say the room has been left for a while so that's why it's dirty. Are you supposed to say that to customer? When you know it's dirty, you should let your cleaning team do their job properly. Room condition is poor and the staff also not well-trained. Last but not least, spending your money for this hotel IS NOT WORTH AT ALL. Better find a better place with higher price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures does not match how it currently looks. Now it looks like some run down haunted resort. Seriously, horrible. Dirty. Dusty. Toilet with mouldy walls. The floor so icky i didnt even want to step on it. I checked out a few hours later. Couldnt even last a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this resort is 3 star hotel but for me, it is worst than budget hotel, very bad service, like abandoned hotel, and pricy, not worth for the price, luckily only one-night stay there, very dirty, air-cond not function well, ceiling fan full of dust, so many lizard feces, i regret booking your hotel, very terrible! no star should be rated, and please be honest to your guest, at your portal, so nice to see, but when the guess arrive so different than the picture at the official portal. the swimming pool full of algae and moss, cannot use for swimming, luckily got near the beach there. The bed also is not tidy. the furniture in the hotel also is broken. tv cannot watch, no channel. waste time, this kind of hotel should not exist! liar. to anybody I NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL! YOU WILL BE REGRET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and potentially a good place .... But ..... But beware
I was booked through AGODA and was charged RM 230 ... Then at the counter they demanded another RM 100 which was never mentioned before.
It took at least 2 hours for them to find me a room that was NOT filled with some ants or insects. When I say filled I mean the floors were covered with them like a carpet.
Cleanliness of the surroundings was also terrible with the floors not clean, rubbish thrown everywhere (like paint cans & old furniture in the bushes)
Only kettle and mug provided, no other utensils
No fridge - no iron - no WiFi - only some soap - only basic TV channels
They upgraded room they gave me had cockroaches and I found them in my clothes the next day.
Cheated !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to the beach, check in was quick. The apartment is spacious suitable for family with kids. Close to the ikan bakar restaurant.
The downside- the unit is a bit rundown and not so clean. There’s an odd smell at the kitchen sink. I hope they can improve more on the cleanliness of the unit. A lot ants and lizards feces.

Only kettle and mug provided, no other utensils
No fridge
Only shampoo and body bath provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste
No wifi
Basic TV channels
