★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel location is perfect. At the center of Kuala Kangsar n near tourist areas.
Hungry? The hotel is near food court and Malay restaurants that serve local Malay dishes.
Room service: Perfect 5?????
The facilities in the hotel room: fridge, tv, air-con, spacious toilet, hairdryer, personal socket plug, one table, 2 chairs, a big mirror
The facilities that u need to share: iron table n water dispenser
BUT...There is a slight problem:
i) u need to climb stairs (not ok for certain people)
ii) drinking glass is not well-cleaned. Wash it before use
iii) there is a stain on a small pillow (the bigger one is ok)
iv) water sometimes VERY HOT even u close the water heater. Have no idea what exactly is happening. Be careful?
v) limited parking lots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is ok not really within the price. Because I used to pay lower then RM98 and I get a good room. Here..RM98 i got double bed with a narrow space. A decent toilet and disfunctional of toilet pump..However they had a super comfy bed and superb aircond..The night shift staff a bit creepy..morning staff quite friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room got ants. Pillow too high and hard/keras, we all experience neckache and didnt sleep well. 118 for a room but no toothbrush. Room in KL at same price provide better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Then the room is make over from back door exit at ground floor. Not worth it because I used to pay lower then RM98 and I get a good room. Room got Centipedes (lipan). Worst. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old hotel. Room is spacious and clean. No kettle. Iron is provided in the room. No lift. Parking is limited. In front of the hotel. Need to display the parking ticket as early as possible in the morning ya... local council enforcement officer is very efficient here. We got the compound letter since we didn't display the ticket early in the morning.
