Never have been clean the room before.. the bathroom is really very worse.. even the room carpet bedsheets all were dirty without vacuum and washed.. Paid RM 170 seriously very worse room, then when asked for exchange in weekdays also same reasons as all room are full.. nonsense hotel..

Hotel is not maintained, feel dirty, got ants and lizard inside my room ?? my bread is full of ants after one night. Need to climb stairs (my room is third floor. The corridor is dark without light. Their breakfast still have a lot of rooms for improvement.

The second room we get is acceptable but still not satisfying. This hotel really need a proper cleaning and maintenance

As i am too tired too go outside buying food, order room service instead as they provide us menu on the table.. pricey with dissappointment on how they deliver the food. Order seri malaysia fried rice, chicken chop and chocolate milkshake.They deliver it as "take away food" . If you are going to treats us, customers this way, dont go overprice your menu. I often used room service from other hotel.but this is the worst ever!
M	MJK NA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the price, I have stayed in much cleaner hotels. It does not have to be luxurious, but it has to be clean and smelling fresh. Bathroom door about to fall off. Tiles and shower floor painted to look new, but peeling off paint makes those look gross. I agree with a lot of criticisms on the review section. It's about cleanliness, tidiness, and just paying attention to details.

After long argument making noise then given me the one on the ground floor. Toilet door cannot close properly and the water flooded in the floor.

Totally unhygienic. Toilet not clean, broken pipes and the toilet bowl (Can imagine) with full of stains. The towel is extremely dirty. Bedsheets got holes and smells too bad. Not worth the price at all. I would prefer to be infected with covid rather than getting some unknowns diseases from this Hotel. DEAR management, please open your eyes and have a look at your poor customer service and facilities.
