 Very nice ... The staffs are all friendly and kind2 ... remove the teeth very carefully and do not hurt at all..The dentist is cute

The service was deliberately slow, right? I just came 3 times to make an appointment. It bothered people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like a mini hospital here! Everything is there. They got dental, lab, occupational therapy and physiotherapy! It's usually not crowded and waiting time during morning time would be around 15 minutes, total time spending here typically last for 40-45 minutes

There are 3 main reason why I said so.
1) The nurses are so rude, sarcastic and lack of medical knowledge. I don't understand how did they qualified to become a nurse. A nurse should be professional and shouldn't talk to patients with harsh words and provoking voice.
They even argue with me about the medications. They said that I should take a medicine twice daily but fortunately I've read an article about the med and asked the pharmacist how many times should I take it. And guess what? The pharmacist told me that there is no way to take the med twice daily, it can only be taken once daily. So, DO NOT trust nurses in this clinic.
2) I don't mind if the nurses want to eat during working hour but at least show some respect and cleanliness towards your patients by brushing your teeth and washing your mouth. They straight away communicate with patients after they had their meal and it STINK! We can smell the food and your mouth in the entire consultation room! Don't you feel ashamed of yourself??
3) The registration, waiting time, consultation and so on usually take minimum of 2 hours. I don't mind waiting because i know how the nurses work. They would passed by the counter and ignore the appoinment book or card multiple times until they decided to take one of those cards and call the patients. But please, don't be mad or scold the patients if we decided not to go for a follow up at your clinic because we can get better services at private clinic even though we have to pay for it. With your harsh words, provoking voice, your dirtiness, slow services and lack of knowledge, I bet some of the patients cannot accept it and would rather go to another clinic.
For your information, it's not even my choice to go to this clinic. It's all because I live in your area.
