★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my appoinment at 5.30pm i only can be assist at 7pm? i try primadonna basic package RM59, it was a cheaper price right? But the service was so bad, maybe im just not lucky coz i get a beutician who rushing wanna go back at 7pm so she do it quickly and not care about customer satisfied, i know it just basic package, but from basic treatment you can get regular customer. And give some name tag to your beutician so customer know your beutician name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment dah dibuat untuk 2 orang pukul 10.30am on a PH. Bila sampai, they said marketing team book untuk 1 orang je. But they can still do. So after buat face analysis, settle around 11.15am, we have to wait until 12pm for our facial. I masuk around 12.20pm and my friend after that. We end up habis everything at 2pm. For a facial?! My facial tak sampai sejam pun. And I dah ambil package untuk around 130 per facial. Such a waste. Memang tak berbaloi.
All their stuff keep cakap marketing team overbooked people. And they are not even friendly. Except the girl yang buat facial I. I wouldn't recommend this place. Find la somewhere else yang have better time management, service and staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. U dtg early than the appointment time. But then they only served u after 1 hour. Basic facial 69 tp entah apa2 la yg dia buat. U tak rasa apa2 pon masa bt facial. Very worst and if i can give 0, i would like to rating them zero!
