Ms Lu Yee spent her time explaining the types of mattress according the individual needs - so patient. She was very responsive when contacted for further information. Serta team is so accommodating to client's request and no doubt they did their best!.
Just to share, I got the Monarch model. Good for the back (i have back issues). Not too hard and not soft either. So good!
The photos are from the Serta show room. It's the exact mattress purchased.
