★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setia awan is the most problem developer I’ve ever seen. I’ve bought their one of their house last year and it the most regret decision I’ve ever made. Total I got four house, Setia Awan is the most irresponsible developer of all. The house delivered in very very very unsatisfactory condition. They only gave 3 month warranty period?, which I’m stupid to accept. Pipe leak inside the wall, noisy pipe hammering noise at 3am in the night, low quality ceiling, my ceiling drop down just only after 7 month bought the house, water low pressure, my pee can shoot farther than their water pressure, fly all over the house, the developer didn’t do their study before develop their house, they build house surrounded by chicken reban. Please don’t ever buy any house from this developer otherwise you will be regretted like me. You still can collect back your deposit money while you can. I’m on my way creating a website just for their lack of quality. Hopefully my small review will be read by you and please please make a correct decision. I don’t know when I can sell my house with this fxxk –up condition, I’m fell ashamed to my next house owner (if I can sold)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omar Ahmad...which project you bought from Setia Awan Holdings? Can you share with all of us so that we're aware of it too? Did you go to their office and file a defect complaint in black & white ? As i know developers always give 2 years house defect warranty to buyers who bought under construction project. While, normally 3 - 6 month defect warranty only applies to completed units. Did you buy completed unit or under construction?
