★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic build up with great facilities, green view and landscaping by Setia.
Rooms to improve for parking lots lighting, efforts for continual maintenance of the facilities supplies and building maintenance.
Although the project is new, it seems to have decreasing quality in terms of these aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for own stay. No airbnb though. Management totally ban homestay and airbnb. Supposed to be a quiet place. Its a disappointment due to the ongoing construction nearby which runs almost 24/6. However, the noise affects only the right wing units. Anyhow, buy for own stay is the best investment.

Nice view....Up on the hill looking over the Penang 2nd bridge n Bayan Lepas. With the back facing the mountain..cooling.
The Sky Terrace is superb view!
It has a lap pool, sauna....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo. I would give it a 5 star rating for facilities, deco and cleanliness. I am not sure about the traffic since I’m not local. Parking lighting sucks! Too romantic to be at carpark with jungle background at midnight ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury condo with top notch facilities and beautiful view of the city. Facilities located mainly on level 8, with a roof top garden on level 38 where you can catch a glimpse of the city. Lovely view especially at night. Swimming pool is huge, with jacuzzi and deck chairs to chill. Gym is fully equipped with many cardio and resistance machines. Security guards are friendly, responsible when it comes to doing their rounds. There’s a ping pong table at the lobby where you can enjoy a game or 2. However, if you don’t own a car or have your own transport, it’s hard to get to.
