โ โ โ โ โ Insists clients to pay upfront on contractor fees, but frustratingly difficult to get a response from afterwards when you try to get a hold on them for a follow-up regarding the progress. Deadlines are pushed back months after months after months, even after taking into consideration to discount the MCO period.
The contractors are sloppy with their jobs and don't expect any direct honesty about any damage caused. They inflicted a sizable crack to my new cabinet and left it unsaid till my partner discovered it herself (I was away). And even then, they had the galls to tell her that they would only install a lone socket at its side to mask the inflicted damage and told her it's the ONLY solution. Naturally, when I learned about it, I rejected it and demanded a full repair, or failing that, a replacement.
Upon receiving ultimatum, they went dark for many days, refusing to reply any of our messages, and it wasn't until we threatened to call up their upper management did they meekly replied that they will try to fix it.
Believe me when I said I had contemplated about not posting this negative review, however, I couldn't in my good conscience let another unwitting consumer fall prey into the unprofessional hands of their contractors.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst nightmare. Simple carpentry work took months. Come to work 1 day and gone missing for 2 week. Kitchen cabinet material installed were chipped off, colour mismatched and worst of all install cabinet but did not do the hacking for plumbing. Quality of material and workmanship were terrible. Refused to admit their mistake and hired inexperienced staff. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM TO DO YOUR RENOVATION. This was my biggest regret in my entire life
