★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! They promised me to pick up in Pulau Giam, but they didn’t. I needed to come back with another group, almost needed to swim back. I tried to talk to them, and they didn’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were providing me rental car for my recent trip (CNY 2019).
They gave a beaten up Iswara (manual). Air-conditioning was not working, car can't go up hill in 3rd gear or sometimes in 2nd gear.
Took the car on 6pm on the day of arrival. Normal car rent is set for 24hours unless you are taking it on a hourly basis.
On the last day of our intended trip, they called and asked for car to be returned at 1pm (seems to be a rule for them for peak season). I told them that it was not inform when the car was given and the rule of 24 shd still be valid. They were not happy about it, turn out they promised the car to another customer, hence they tried to hustle me.
Anyway still return the car at 2pm.
Advice, don't take the car for Pangkor earlier. There are many operator at the jetty that you can get a better bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! We took a 60 ringgit boat trip to a nearby island to snorkel. They were supposed pick us up at 5 o’clock. No one came and picked us up. We were stranded on the island until we got a ride with a different group. There’s a lot of other choices. I would stay away from this poorly run business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable pricing for snorkelling, island hopping and water sports. For 4 pax, all these activities totalled to RM240 (inclusive of 2 water sports). Communication was clear with our boat driver who gave us his contact to call after we were done snorkelling. For water sports, they help you record a video of the experience. For snorkelling, they provide the mask but not the breathing tube so if you want one, you can buy it from one of the stalls along the same road.
