I bought Roti making machine from them via shopee. First it took around 1 month to deliver the item. After less than 1 month from trial, the machine was not working well. I informed them they told me that month that their technician is out of the country and would cone the following month. Later I sent it to them and they asked me to pay shipping fees. Later the told me it is working and no problem. Although I confirmed to them it is not working. They asked me to pay shipping fees also. After that I tried it it was not working. So the charged me with shipping fees around RM 30. And they deceived me although it has a warrantee for one year. Now the machine is like rubbish in my house. No respect no commitment from them. Pls be careful when u deal with them.
