Ask for baju kurung pahang with embroidery, eh siap2 baju kurung should be without embroidery pulak ? It really doesn't meet the criteria that the customer wants ??

My husband bought me a baju kurung from this shop on 15th March 2022. They agreed that I can pick up the baju kurung on 23rd April 2022.
The problem is I don't receive any updates since then. They even managed to ignore their third party payment method (PaySlowSlow). No intergrity at all.
I gonna buy a new baju kurung to match with my husband. Thank you soo much for your inappropriate services.
