β β β β β One of the most fully furnished hotels I've been to. Probably because these rooms are meant to be serviced apartments so even the hotel rooms are fully furnished as well. The rooms have kitchen appliances like a kettel, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, full sized refrigerator, even an electric stove. Cutlery is provided, as are bowls and plates and even a cooking pot. Rooms also come equipped with a safe, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and a wardrobe with hangers. There's of course air conditioning in the room, but also a ceiling fan if you prefer. The morning breakfast buffet wasn't great, but as an alternative you could walk to Shaftsbury Square where there are many different restaurants for you to choose from. There's even a convenience store there should you need one. I had a very comfortable stay here and can confidently recommend it. Just be sure to have a Touch n Go card with you when arriving as you'll need it to enter the car park. Bring your card to the front desk as hotel guests get free parking.

Came for severe migrain which impared my vission.
Doctor was very nice.
Suggested the correct meds and gave me and mc as needed without argument.
I was nervous to come here due to the low reviews but Im glad I descided to come here after all.

β β β β β Decent apartments and studios, clean lobby and clean area as well. Relatively quiet but very far from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur, almost 50 km away. Great variety of restaurants, markets and shops around it, within 500 m radius.

β β β β β Very unfortunate and bad experience. I called the number, +60386860088 in the confirmation booking email a day before my stay, for many times and nobody answered the phone. On the day of my stay, I came to the hotel only to find out that my booking WAS CANCELLED. I was told that because I did not answer the call my booking was cancelled. This is very, very frustrating. I was on my way to the hotel. I did not know why my phone was not ringing at that time. For my booking to be cancelled just because I did not answer the phone is absurd and ridiculous. And the history of the call showed there was an attempt to to call me JUST TWICE. NO APOLOGIES WAS OFFERED. Instead, they were saying that it was not their fault. This is very not how the hotel should respond to customers. At least try to offer apologies, and ask me to come back for next visit to calm me down. I am usually a person who is not easily angered. But the way the issue is handled right from the start is very frustrating.. This is the first time I am coming to the hotel and this is how I was treated. I will not come to the hotel again ever....

β β β β β The surrounding of the apartment was extremely good and cozy. However, the security that were patrolling the pool at 6 pm on 7th of December 2021 was so so rude. I had no intention to swim so I did not wear my swimming suit and I honestly just wanted to accompany my friend. But the guard sarcastically told me to change to a proper attire with a very condescending tone. My friend comforted me and persuaded me to join her and I finally got up to my apartment to change my attire. The guard was looking at us as if he owns the apartment. Please improve the service and do better.

β β β β β It's a peaceful living place. The security is strict. Management provides good service. Environment is always clean. Amenities, restaurants and office tower are walking distance away. Simply an ideal place to live in!
