They do advise you on what type of facial or creams that are appropriate for you. The main reason I chose Shanaz Husain products and it's services, because their products have ayuvedic properties.

Lousy is the word
They are only money hounds
Facilities and services do not justify your payment
Bleaching products left on the face for 20 mins is not herbal but chemical disputing their claims that it is Herbal This caused the customers Blood Urea and Creatinie to go up nearlly causing KIDNEY FAILURE if the customer was not shrewed to discover it on time
The place is dirty and outdated with poor toilet facilities
Toilet flush persitently does not function.
One of the staff is ride and abnoxious
The owner does not bother to communicate and entertain and adress the custommer's problem
I have left the place forever being dissapointed
Not worth the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and quality has deteriorate tremendously..the workers seem really unprofessional ...frm the worker distorting her words..ended up paying more thn the promotional price i agreed coz she didnt mentioned there were few things excluded.. then leaving the product on my face too long..until i feel burnt n eyes watery..im not convinced anymore by their ayuverdic herbal bullcrap..the chemical smell was too strong..the worker was very rough too n literrally drowning me without giving me break to breath ..theyre so bad tht i cant help to think tht even i can do better.. worst part is i go bck home n see all my blackheads still there..had quite a traumatizing experience..It wasnt like this 1-2 years ago. Should have read the reviews bfore cmg..pls dont waste yr money cmg here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff Mandhip didn’t let me to do waxing/threading first before doing facial. I’m coming there since 2014 but this is the first time your staff didn’t let me to do threading like how I usually do. I am the customer, Do what the customer ask to do ! ! Your job is to do waxing before or after facial according to customer preference , NOT to your preference ! ! Fyi, I stopped coming here to do waxing/threading after she didn’t let me to remove the hair first before facial !

I booked an appointment and changed the time just few minutes after booking, and the lady that received me at the door was not very nice about it and apparently did not record my changes and argued with me for awhile.
Her shoulder messages were too hard and even after asking her to slow down it was still very harsh. My shoulders started hurting and swell up when I had to take a flight the next day.
Her blackheads removal was way too harsh, she clearly saw me cringing but did not change her pressure. Now my nose has visible black marks and I have my graduation next week.
I don't know if I would go back but if I do I know that I have to be very verbal with what I want and don't want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, very badly done threading to eyebrows and received minor cuts on face despite reminding the her that the hair is rough due to hormone issues. Also, she was quite rough, not careful. On top of everything, price is expensive. Not worth paying. Very disappointing.
