Very diluted, not much bird nest and the bird nest seems broken into very tiny pieces. Please try other brand if you are considering to try this as there are much more better brands out there. Do not recommend at all.

Many area are free of delivery too. It is very convenient and worth. Already purchased subscription for months.

The purchase system is also user friendly as they allowed buyer to choose the delivery time which is important for those who are working 9-5. Told them i will travel a distance along with the birdnest on the next day, then they provided a cooler box and a ice bag for me, which is very detailed seller! Will update the tastes once my mom try it!

Ordered 12+1 package for my wife. During the delivery order, my wife receive a call from the delivery guy. However, the address the person stated was incorrect, so my wife gave him our address.
Subsequently Shandon arranged for another delivery which came the night itself. The following day, the earlier delivery guy came. Name and number was my wife's but address and flavours were all incorrect. We informed Shandon, and they requested the guy to come and collect it again.
Hence, the bird's nest itself after manufactured, will be passing through a lot of different temperature (hot/hold) since such screw up in delivery happened. God bless for the rightful receipient of that package of bird's nest. I'm quite skeptical in the 'freshness' of the bird's nest now, since it was supposed to be delivered the day before, but was sent a day after.
