★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is super dirty... There were so many cockroaches in the restaurant, not on the floor but on the dining table and tissue drawer.. We complained to the waiter and yet we were told that "it's very common to have cockroaches in a restaurant" lol. This is so unacceptable.. Not even a sorry from the boss... Will never visit this restaurant again, bad service and hygiene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say just can go once. As expensive as Haidilao, but quality is not as good as Haidilao. They charged RM5 per person for the welcome kit (drinks, junk food, fake ice cream, 调味料, etc). The so called ice cream is tastely ice shake. Only popcorn is nice.
For steamboat, we chosen 三味锅 (Mala, Tomatoes, Pork bone), I would say the pork Bone Soup is tasteless, it is 清汤或者菌汤. They served meat first before the steamboat pot, the meat & ice already defrosted before start steamboat. For vege, the portion is really small.
In overall, 去海底捞比较好!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is nice, especially the tomato soup. There's also a large variety of sauces and you could mix and match to your taste. The service is also not bad, and also free ice cream ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in for lunch and was the only table at that time. The food is okay, but the place is filthy. There are at least 3 small cockroaches moving through the table while we are eating. Mentioned it to the staff there and she killed the first one for us, and offered us to change table but we're almost done so didn't bothered to change. Then we found another 2, one dead inside the drawer (we only see the legs) and another one literally swimming in the bowl of 猪肚.....
The most unacceptable thing was the respond of the owner(?) We told her about the cleanliness issue as it might sooner or later cause a health hazard but she responded as if we are being ridiculous and its normal to have cockroaches crawling around while we're eating. Thr exact word was 餐厅有蟑螂是很正常的；蟑螂是从桌子上跑出来的；有找人来灭，灭都灭不掉. Not even an apology and doesn't seem to us like they will put any effort in the future to solve the issue entirely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a weekday ard 1:30pm, no problem in getting a table; Ordered individual pot, one of the soup was super salty. The good is great, we did enjoy our lunch and will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend fried crispy meat and tomato soup for hotpot (must try!!). Overall very good dining experience here because of reasonable price, good & fast service, lots of free gift (beers, soft drinks, refillable drinks & fruits & snacks & ice cream). The plating is very nice and it is very convenient for personal or group dining because you can choose single hotpot or just one for all people. There are plenty of dishes for selection. This is a non-halal restaurant.
