★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Shashinki for a few years and they have always impressed me with their customer care and by going the extra mile (once they tracked me all around Europe to deliver a camera (GH5) We were on assignment to 13 different countries and in each one Shashinki were helping us plan receiving the camera - we finally met the camera and Shashinki helped us satisfy our clients with the equipment they supplied. More recently we have made orders (2) both of which were promptly dispatched, properly packed and arrived within 2 or 3 days and in great condition - thanks Shashinki

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been seeing their active posting in marketplace and groups and decided to stop by Shashinki and have a look, Mr Koh is very attentive and really lay out the options for me and also shared his opinion whereas other camera store would just not really want to entertain me. Mr Koh is not very pushy unlike other tons of camera store I visited where most of the stores would suggest me to upgrade my camera and some just ask to me buy this and that but not sure whether would it solve my issues or to get the things done. Really happy and satisfied with Mr Koh services and I’m very very happy with the options he lay out for me. Even now I May not able to afford a better camera but one day if I’m able to I would stop by Shashinki to look for Mr Koh again even though I stayed in KL. By far de best camera shop I’ve ever been to and in terms of his services, sharing his opinion and suggestion. I’ve been to many camera shops and no one has entertained me and lay out the other options like Mr Koh did.
Thumbs up for that and will visit Shashinki soon again
