Nancy was so kind to slot me in as a last minute appointment for hair relaxing service. Worth every penny. She was the person who did my hair relaxing, she is so patient and kind. Offered me a slice of pandan swiss roll just because my appointment was running past dinner time. Her service was nothing short of excellent. She gave her full undivided attention to my hair and was even able to help fix a terrible haircut I had gotten from a different saloon. Excellent service.

โ โ โ โ โ Sheer Indulgence is definitely worth going to as they range of service from top to bottom. I will definitely recommend for anyone who wants to do facial, waxing, pedicure,body massage and etc.Sheer Indulgence have this wonderful idea of having multiple service packages every month with reasonable price and great service,been going here for years. Definitely recommend this saloon those who lives in Bandar Puchong Jaya and of course those who is far because it's worth all your time and money.

โ โ โ โ โ Did hair relaxing here. They used a very cheap product, I searched it up on Shopee and it's only sold for RM10-19 for a bag. My hair was initially healthy. But after their ""treatment"" IT BECAME SOO BADLY DAMAGED. Dry, hair fall is everywhere, hair feels hard, frizzy, hair roots frisky. IT'S SO BAD. Went to another salon and they said it's helpless. My hair is thinning, I'm practically balding. I cant show my hair since I'm a hijabi, but I have proof. Pls find other salons guys. Really.

โ โ โ โ โ I went for hair relaxing, thou my hair length is only shoulder length, my Senior Hair Stylist Ms Nancy had taken almost 4 hours to ensure that the relaxing method was adhered properly. She was very patient, detail minded and very responsible towards her duty in order to satisfy her customer's expectation and needs. At the same time she had also dyed my hair black resulting in my hair looking soft, smooth and shinny. Good job to the entire team of Sheer Indulgence which includes Ms Nancy and Ms Julie..??
