 JANJI PHONE 2 DAYS. TAKE DEPOSIT, SMPAI 6 DAY TGGU. OTHERS DON'T GIVE UP 'CLAUGHT CAN'T APPLY. REPLACING DH DEPOSIT, YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SHJ SHOP.

Pros:
Tempat ni sesuai and more to untuk membeli smartphone baru sebab stock yang banyak, up to date, dan antara yang paling pantas yang jual phone yang baru release in store. Barang seperti accessories pun banyak and variety.
Cons:
BUT not sure for service repair. Technical service perlu hire staff yang lebih knowledgeable. At least yang boleh bagi advice kepada customers even though spare parts tidak ada. Phone saya hanya masalah slow speed mobile data yang lebih kepada hardware kerana charging port yang rosak and ia berkait dengan antenna di bahagian situ. Tapi saya kecewa kerana senang-senang cakap motherboard rosak. Walaupun no experience repair phone, kalau saya tidak buat research and terus beli motherboard yang confirm harga beratus online(spart part situ takde), saya rugi besar. Padahal saya cuma tukar charging port harga rm30 terus fix semua problem.
So conclusion, saya tak rasa dia offer service repair but more to hardware replacement service. Ez. Like screen crack just tukar screen baru with tools sedia ada. Apa yang repair nya, just kerja tukar/replace.
P.S nanti saya tukar ke 4/5 bintang
Based on my experience,
Pros:
This place is suitable and more to buy a new smartphone because of the large stock, up to date, and among the most appropriate to sell phones that are newly released in store. Items such as accessories are many and varied.
Cons:
BUT not sure for service repair. Technical service needs to hire more knowledgeable staff. At least you can give advice to customers even though spare parts are not available. My phone is just a problem of slow speed mobile data which is more to the hardware because the charging port is broken and it is related to the antenna in that part. But I was disappointed because it was fun to say the motherboard was broken. Although no phone repair experience, if I don't do research and continue to buy motherboards that confirm the price of hundreds online (spart part there is no way), I lose a lot. Even though I just changed the charging port for RM30 to fix all the problems.
So conclusion, I don't think he offers repair service but more to hardware replacement service. Ez. Like screen crack just replace a new screen with existing tools. What is the repair, just work to change/replace.

Bila kita tanya function for each model , jawab tahu tak tahu je ? macam mana nak yakinkan cust kalau orang mintak explain pun macam nak tanak je gtau ? sangat sangat worst this place . Dengan tak bagi explanation yg detail , benda kalau bagi 2 3 ringgit ye la ? lagi berbaloi kalau pergi yg kedai dekat kbmall , mostly dorang punya service tersangatla A+ . Dengan dm nya tak reply sampai ke hari ni ! Tapi buat story.hari hari , heran aku

When we ask the function for each model, the answer is I don't know ? how do I want to convince the customer if people ask for an explanation, it's like I want to know ? very very worst this place. With no detailed explanation, things if for 2 3 ringgit ye la ? again worth it if you go to a store near kbmall, mostly dorang has a very A+ service. With his dm no reply until today! But make a story. Every day, I'm surprised
