The foreign staff also helped me to get a grocery which i imtend to buy but he told me to sit in the car and rest while he helped to purchased my item in shell store. Awesome services. There is a durian stall next to Shell. That stall not honest. Bought the durian home and found that only half of it can be eat. Don't buy from that stall.

β β β β β BAD Attitude of the cashier. Too bad I didn't know his name (an Indian man with spectacles working on 10/10/2020 9pm). The Indian man had scolded me for two times.
The first time was when I tried to redeem milo during the September promotion event, the man was rude and throwed his phone to me and asked me type the code myself with a bad tone.
The second time when I tried to use bonus link app to get my reward point. The same man asked me where is my bonuslink card. I told him I registered online and I haven't received the card. Then the man scolded me and asked me to request my card from customer service if not it will be inconvenience for him to scan my bonus link barcode or else I may need to scan by myself. (I was scanning by myself tho).
I had tried to scan the barcode myself at other shell stations and did not encounter any problem. If I really need to have a card, the man should've informed me politely and I would be more than happy to accept it.
I am writing this is because of his bad tone and it really affected my day. NOT HAPPY.
