★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im staying nearby and all my vehicles are filled with petrol at this station. Almost 3k spent at this station for a month. After several incidents related to cashiers attitude. I decided to no return to this station anymore.
I do understand, this not shell failure. But you need to train your staff how to talk with customer with politely. All the pump attendant doing great job except female cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shell duyong please train your cashier staff very well ya. One of your staff name ecah were so lack of attitude and manner. Next time when customer want to pay for fuel please hear carefully , if not sure the staff can ask the customer again to double confirm. At that time she is not busy so how come she not listen carefully ? This is my last time use shell duyong. OWNER , SUPERVISOR OR WHATSOEVER LA PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CASHIER TO BE MANNER WITH CUSTOMER . PLEASE SAY SORRY IF U DID WRONG NOT JUST BUAT MUKA TAK BERSALAH .
