β β β β β Good station, and a lot of parking behind and clean toilets. The air pump works and they have water. Good place to stop, station also has a convenience store wich carries most items, but even the humble cup of noodles with included hot water.

β β β β β poor customer service by an old woman with specs, that was my first time filling up and she literally mad and screamed using her microphone, which was embarassing and humiliating. i dont think i deserve to be treated less than human by a shell cashier just bcs shes an old lady

β β β β β Poor customer service by cashier WWani14. I told her RM10 fuel is enough but she gave me RM50 (paywave). I requested to void sale or any other ways to get my money back, she said cannot because it's in the system. That fuel have not pumped yet why telling me cannot refund? Even other customers still can get their money back if there's an extra. It's not an excuse to treat customers like this way. Every behavior the staff showing and services giving is affecting the image of the company. I'm desperately annoyed by her proposed solution, it's serious violation against my right as a consumer. Hope that the department which handles complaint takes note of this issue.
