★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The indian cashier was rude and deaf. Asked him to refill ron 97 yet he ignored me and even scolded me for not telling him. Geez, I always tell which one I want to refill, never ever missed once since 20 years ago. Bad service for a strategic place like this.
P.s. I have a loud voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Station's staff told me system was offline without even checking, i had to hunt for other Shell stations and another station's staff with Fave Biz phone had gone back after 7pm. Poor training and management.

Helped with buying and choosing food and drink. Hope this is maintained for every other person stepping into the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, i dropped by this petrol station after work today to refill my car petrol. A Chinese uncle approached me, in his shell worker vest, asking me whether need to check water. I did not reject (thinking this is part of the good service), opened the front bonnet, and the uncle told me the coolant is finishing. To refill, it is RM 90, i said no need, he reduced the price to RM 60, i said again not required as my husband will check, he said he will refill just a bit, RM 30 will do. I agreed to that as he looked persistence. Reaching home, my husband said the coolant is overflowing, refilled over the maximum point. I went there to recheck with the uncle, his colleagues mentioned he has gone home. Rm 30 paid without receipt, the grievances were not attended. I could not get the contact of the manager, so just to let you know, be careful to this deceiving compassionate act.
