โ โ โ โ โ I came to this shell station on 7 December 2019,the staff are very bad attitude,because I use shell voucher(the voucher is free gift for buying shell helix engine oil,and the voucher can use in all shell station),so the staff use very bad attitude told me: Eh,you beri engine oil di mana,you bukan beri di sini,you balik tempat itu,jangan datang sini guna voucher.

โ โ โ โ โ Pump islands always clean. Air pumps working, air hose long but no water tap for hand washing at air pump units. Cashiers are friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ I actually prefer to pump petrol here when the others are full with long queues. Pumps are always working including air for the tyres. There's a convenience store (shell select), and a car wash too. Seasoned locals know to use this place as a shortcut along Sprint highway / into Section 17. Nice place for a short break with some green surroundings.

โ โ โ โ โ Good service in the shop and my go-to car wash place in PJ. They are a group of guys who wash your car properly and carefully, you can try it out and experience yourself. Not many car wash places I been that will really take care of your car properly and wash it nicely. Go try it and support them. Price is very reasonable too.

โ โ โ โ โ good morning i want to complain about the bad behavior of one of the staff at shell branch outlet IZZARA damansara
his name is iqbal. I'm going to go in to buy drinks and sandwiches. He mopped up. He told me 15 minutes before I could go in. He put a closed thing. you can put caution .. I am a regular at many shell stations almost all at kelana jaya station I am already known .. they are pure friendly ... I was very hurt by what happened to me to be told by a bodoh .. he shouted at me ... is that right ... the time is 11:28 am jan 16 2022 .. please action my complain ..

โ โ โ โ โ I request for full and gave rm50 in advance. Not that im stingy but imo staff should still gave that extra penny back to the customer.
Or at least tell me that if they dont have any penny for change, as courtesy.
Not much but if u simply assume and do that to everyone as your practice, idk what to say la.
