★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, my son and my wife went to Shell in Perling to refill the fuel of our vehicle. First of all, they called the worker who I believed that is a guy from Bangladesh. We had lots of memories with this Bangla, every time when i'm there to refill, the Bangla would be saying "Lima ringgit sahaja?" like he's the boss of Shell. What made me even angry is that today when he filled the vehicle with the fuel we needed he just left leaving the cap open without even plugging it back. Later on, when my son went to him so that he could help us out. He replied to my son saying "why should i help you, you can do it by yourself right." At the same time i noticed that he is flirting to a woman. The thing is, if anything happens to my son, is the branch of shell going to take responsibilities?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staffs at cashier really need to train for learning how to use Fave Pay voucher, Tngo e wallet, etc.
I am living nearby here, always unable to redeem the voucher due to the cashiers don't have knowledge to redeem.
Last time was a Bangladesh, now they change to a Indian female still doesn't know how to use it. End up I cannot pump my car.
So poor knowledge staff.
