★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food truck on the roadside that opens only in the evening/night. Currently (Oct 2020), it's open from 7pm.
The soup tastes amazing. There are 2 big pieces of milk and 1 whole soft-boiled egg in the Orginal Flavour bowl. There are also a number of side dished you can order; we ordered the 玉子烧, which is like the Japanese rolled egg (tamago) but on a stick, grilled and topped with a layer of spicy mayo.
On a cool night with some light breeze, it's a very nice place to satisfy your ramen craving.

Tonkotsu broth not on mark, acceptable given the cheap price. Only Chashu is good. Broth is sweetish. In fact everything is sweetish. Yakitori were all one the sweet side.
I believe most that given 5 star hasn't really eaten real good tonkotsu ramen, or yakitori.
Rated it 3 stars only because it's cheap by Japanese food standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go early to avoid queuing (we arrived while they were setting up and there were already people waiting)! The perfect ramen egg, tender meat slices and springy ramen are worth the wait. Skewers were juicy and the mentaiko tamago was so sinful. The boss is also very polite ☺️ Would come back here again.
