โ โ โ โ โ The shop is following the SOP of pkpp. Friendly service . The only problem is they always send the Bangla guy to service n he is really not very good coz the last time he service my aircond he spolit some part but later when I complained the Chinese guy came with him n made sure the issue was solved . Another inside was when my aircond was not operating the same Bangla guy came n found out the problem was with my plug . So I asked him to extend a wire to the bottom wall plug n he charged me rm60 just for a extension wire of 1 meter.
