โ โ โ โ โ Food was superb, no doubt about it but went there twice at 11.40am to have lunch which the staff told me if want to sit there have lunch must wait one hour only they start. I wonder if the owner/ boss knew about it that their staff start work so late.
Sometimes a good business with nice concept and great food can be ruined by lazy staff...
If the boss happened to read this, you may want to spot check your staff only ready for business at 12.40pm.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a very bad experience having food here. The staffs were very rude. They don't even know how to treat customer. Just a request to make the food spicy resulted in negative response and heated discussion. They are not even ready to add the chilli spices over the prepared food at an extra cost. Not at all customer friendly. Will never ever recommend this shop to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ The food was good. But the services were terrible! One of the staff at the counter was rushing my mum and not giving time to my mum while she's looking at the menu to make her order. Also, he gave my mum her order after a few customers which were order after my mum which was not understandable! I understand sometimes it's busy, but the management should take initiative to educate their worker by improving their customer service and not being impatient with customer' order

โ โ โ โ โ We just get the kids to purchase 2 piece of XXL chicken and seafood tempura from QBM branch, they gave the cashier RM100 but change back RM22.50 and no receipt being issued to them. I hope your side can look into at CCTV and check your today cash flow. Time today 3-4pm. Please help look into it to prevent it happenned to next customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is not bad. But staff are not well-trained The workers behaved as if they dont want to listen to customers.
I once ordered a chicken and paid in cash, to someone that looked like a manager/owner. I handed him cash. He was also busy counting money in the cash registry. He returned my bill saying that its not in acceptable condition. Not even an apology, as if I did something wrong. I used the bill in other places and it was ok. Terrible attitude. Never went back again
