โ โ โ โ โ Great and friendly owner. They are very attentive to your baking needs. Not a huge store, but they have a lot of items even for a basic baker. Truly helpful especially during MCO, just send them a WhatsApp and they will reply even if they don't respond ASAP they will still reply. If you are a regular, you will feel welcomed there. I've seen the owner attend to a customer's 1 million questions sessions, yet she still smiles happily and answered all the questions patiently. Even the guy who works there is also friendly and is very helpful. Thumbs up for Shikazo. All the best. Recommended for all homebakers.

โ โ โ โ โ I wouldn't know, I was waiting in the car. But my wife says it's a great one stop bake shop. Service, not overly friendly but nice emough. Prices are reasonable .

โ โ โ โ โ Called them several minutes ago. A woman answered. When I asked if they carried a particular item I was looking for, she let out a laugh and she sounded like she was mocking me. She tried to laugh as silently as possible but failed miserably because I heard her. Suddenly, I heard a man's voice. When I asked him what was happening and who the previous person was, he said "oh nothing, just ignore that one". What a strangely unpleasant conversation.

โ โ โ โ โ I like how they pack branded chocolates which is super expensive. .They repack it in smaller quantities and price is reasonable. Never had problem with food quality.. The owner and worker are super friendly and very good hospitality...
