★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated ramen shop. I ordered kyushu ramen. Soup base has no specialty at all, just very normal soup that you can find anywhere else. That's why I feel taste wise it is overrated. The charshu are two charred pork slices, taste good, at least they taste unique to me compared to the soup. Food menu selection is less (I don't mind if the ramen tastes good but it is just very common ramen for what I had). Service for the shop is good, the waiter served us in very polite way and being quite attentive that I really need to compliment this.

Been here for many times, gotta say this is my absolute fav ramen house in Ipoh. Do not wait to try any of the ramen here if you happened to be in this area, you will not regret!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? A very nice place, friendly boss, authentic Japanese cuisine. For the ramen with jagung the soup is orange flavoured, the jagung have a strong buttery taste and the pork slices are super delicious. And the ramen look exactly like the one in the menu ? which is a very nice detail.
? Service are good, but the dish delivery time slows a bit despite not crowded, but definitely worth the wait ??
? It’s a small shop filled with strong Japanese ambience, probably can play some soft Japanese song in the background to improve the mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ramen is so so, nothing special about the soup or charsiew, especially with the overcooked egg. The noodle itself is not really good. Gyoza is good while takoyaki could be improved?
Google shows 6.30pm open, when I reached at 6.40pm is not opened until the other customer knocked the door few times so that the elderly can have a seat inside, then the waiter came out to open the door.
