At the beginning, I'm quite suspicious and don't confidence to deal with them. However, the staff is helpful and easy to communicate.
The workshop is panel for major insurance company. Don't worry if your car is breakdown and your preferred workshop is out from the radar.
Patience is the important key point when facing such situation. Although my car just need minor repair and it can be done within 1-2 weeks, give plenty time for them to deliver their service to avoid any inconvenience in the future. It depends how quick you need to get back the car on the road.
As I expected, less than one month my car is repaired and currently in good condition.
Overall, I am satisfied with the workmanship and their delivery.
