★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that this florist always send draft of the message and picture of the floral arrangement before sending out.
I chose a floral arrangement because I particularly like the light pastel colors. When the photo came I was upset there were reds and dark colour flowers. I texted and requested for the colour combi to be as per sample. Then I noticed they forgot to add enough greens. This was promptly done before they asked me for green light to deliver.
Although the floral arrangement did not nearly matched the sample, the fact that they were willing to change & accommodate showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The recipient was happy & that's worth giving 5 ?????
