★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work was quite slow but the boss (Sam) was very nice and helpful. Didn’t upsell and even said our car didn’t need polishing in the first place. Place is also quite empty so it’s easy to get a slot. Good if you live nearby/have other things to do in the meantime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I wanted to get my car washed here on Sunday, but the worker said, they DON'T do basic car wash on Sunday except for members. So it's either I pay a few hundred ringgits, and be their member, or take up their RM79 car wash package. When I wanted to speak to the person in charge, he stopped me. Not sure if he gets commissions, but I feel, there's some very dishonest business practice here. Better becareful guys.

Guy keep trying to upsell me but he's ok when you says no. 10/10 would recommend. Leave the guys some tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker pulled my wipers up while wiping my screen and accidentally unhooked the wiper stand. The steel-bodied wiper stands smashed back to the windscreen and cracked the windscreen.
I requested for compensation to be done in BMW centre for my car is a BMW but owner refused and only will compensate to change in their workshop which I did not agree to.
Reported police but nothing happened.
So, think again before you want to wash there.
PS: this happened a few years ago and I've never ever stepped foot into any outlet of Shine Shine ever again with my cars.
