THE GUY AT THE COUNTER SPEAK VERY HARSH TOWARDS CUSTOMER.

β β β β β Terrible customer service and poor quality of washing and polishing. The supervisor really talks and behaves like a gangster. I can easily find other shops ten times better than this. I definitely will not go again!!

β β β β β Dont ever come to this car service. Very bad service and attitude towards customer especially if you are not driving big car. Most funny things and hanky panky is that they will ask you to leave the car for washing and not allow you to be around to watch them cleaning your car ???

β β β β β Thanks Godness I found this place through strong recommendation. Imagine they could remove all my seats & did a really super cleaning including. Now this is my regular car wash place where I go for their package for all my car cleaning needs interior & outer. Your car will look really shine clean like new. Shine Shine is easily found at the Giant Bayan Baru car park. They do manual hand wash & sincerely I prefer this as you dont get scratches.

β β β β β So rude and picky. At first, I bring my Axia to polish, I try to ask about the car wash. One of the workers (or manager I dunno) not even entertain and answer my question.
And then I read the review and I see about the manager are choosy on the car.
I trying to bring my Jetta (for social experiment) and ask same question, the same workers (or manager) suddenly become friendly. I not proceed the car wash.
This type of attitude should be teach. Boycott this shop !!

β β β β β I park my car under tree, so leaves everywhere. After send for wash in this shop, i notice still got leaves near bonnet side. I asked the manager or worker, not sure. He said he not covered for bonnet cleaning. It just need a vacuum only, but he refuse to do. So terrible service. Will not recommend this shop! Dont waste your money guys..
