★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my car for Full set service but works done was substandard and disappointing. It take more than 6 1/2 hrs to get my vehicle done eventhough my vehicle was the 1st vehicle to it attended to when the
centre opened at 9.00am today. Car was not properly washed and cleaned, dirts stained and scratched marks was not properly removed and polished. Supervisor and workers couldn't be bothered when told
about the dirts and scratched marks and very reluctantly to get the
works done. Staffs are unfriendly and corky.
I have been to their Bukit Rimau's Shineshine centre and i have no
complained about their workmanship.
Same car care company but so much difference in workmanship
standard.
Out of 10 point, I would most probably give around 5 to 5.5 point.
I need an explaination from the management.

Use diff cloth for in/out of car and willing wipe of remaining stains.
Maybe don't always try to up sell other services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than Putra height outlet. Except for some parts not properly wiped, overall care shown by workers good. Don't know why the supervisor here and at PH do not enough customer much unlike the ones who manage at aeon subang before it closed. Hope shine2 can consider opening a branch again in subang jaya

First time having car wash service at this centre. Overall service is alright although price is a bit expensive.
Quotation:-
(1) Wash + Vacuum + 1 layer polish = RM120 ( HONDA SUV)
Note: if your car is relatively new this price tag might not reasonable. Outcome is just so-so only.
(2) Wash + Vacuum + 2 layers polish = RM200 (TOYOTA SUV)
Note: if your car is relatively old (~10 years) and this price tag is acceptable. The 1st layer polishing is manually done and 2nd layer is applied by polishing machine. Outcome is better than the 1 layer service.

so the quality of service basically depend on the supervisor and also the quality of the product.
overall the quality is ok.
I been using their service for almost 10 years and my car outlook still look like new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. They just polished my car halfway and then stopped. They continue polished my car after 1 hour. But for other car, they did from start to completed. Only 2 cars that's time have to polish.
