★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Shins The Curve and the Chinese sales associate did not greet, did not asked to help and was condescending when asked for recommendation for a conditioner. Didn't answered the question was asking whether the conditioner is too oily for the scalp but was busy "correcting" the customer that the Keratase product asked is the leave in product and not a conditioner. I know my products and your sales associate needs to listen to question asked before attempting to answer the question. Use your judgment and decide by yourself if you want to support their business when the floor associate is giving attitude in the store. Racist much?
